【学术简介】

博士,副教授。主要从事新型微纳热电/光电能量转换器件方面的研究。近五年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇,主要发表在Applied Physics Letters1篇)、Optics Letters3篇)、IEEE Electron Device Letters2篇)、Science China Technological Sciences1篇)、Energy Conversion & Management3篇)、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices2篇)、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics1篇)、Journal of Applied Physics1篇)等期刊上。博士阶段获博士研究生国家奖学金、全国宝钢优秀学生特等奖、国家留学基金委公派留学奖学金以及厦门大学优秀毕业生称号。

目前正与国内外多个课题组展开合作交流,研究主要集中在新型微纳热离子器件,新型热辐射发电器件,新型高效太阳电池,热力学理论,燃料电池及其耦合系统开发利用等方面。
