【近5年来主要研究课题】

1.非病毒载体(超分子纳米粒子)用于CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑领域治疗多种单基因疾病包括先天性视网膜裂损症、镰刀型贫血症、地中海贫血症和杜氏肌营养不良症等。

2.超分子纳米粒子用于药物传输领域,通过纹身的方式在皮内可控释放药物治疗真菌病如甲癣等。

3.金属二茂钴聚合物的合成(通过RAFT聚合, ATRP聚合,ROP开环聚合等聚合方法)及其在抗菌方面的应用。
